Summer Social Trail Runs

We took advantage of the summer evenings this year and ran a variety of trail runs in the area. It was a lovely way to get together with other members to just enjoy the run with the added benefit of a chat, a drink and something to eat afterwards.

We started in Hadleigh with a hilly run led by Jo. The following week we moved onto Bildeston, which was also pretty hilly, but with great views. A drink at The Kings Head afterwards was very welcome. Belinda and Dave arranged a run from Offton which meant we had fish and chips afterwards at The Lime Burners and to finish off a lovely run from Polstead, which had some super trails.
