Our weekly juniors' sessions run on Tuesdays 6-7pm. They are designed for children aged 8 - 16 who are interested in running and athletics. We encourage Juniors', as a club member, to take part in the local cross country league.
We do vary the activity on a weekly basis ranging from throwing, jumping and running events.
