The adult races follow undulating country roads through Layham and Shelley presenting challenging and rewarding courses. There will be a finisher medal for both races.
The 2km Junior Fun Run is on a traffic free riverside path. Children under the age of 6 can be accompanied by an appropriate adult at no extra cost.
Entries will close when the race limit has been reached. Subject to this the closing date for advance entries online is Sunday 16th November 2025. There will be no on the day entries.

Entries limited to 300 and are on a first come basis.

Entries cost £20 + 4.35% booking fee (£20.88 total) for affiliated entrants and £22 + 4.35% booking fee (£22.97 total) for unaffiliated entrants.

There are two gender categories: Female and Open

Prizes in each race will be presented for:

1st, 2nd & 3rd runner overall then first 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+ in each category.

Team prizes (3 to score) for 1st team in each gender category.

Only 1 prize per person will be awarded. The Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd runners will therefore be discounted from the Age category results, although trophies may be awarded to those runners as part of a winning team.

Entrants must be under 16 - children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at no extra cost and do not require a separate entry.

Entries limited to 100 and are on a first come basis.

Entries have been pegged to last year’s cost at £5 + minimum booking fee (£5.36 total).

There are two gender categories: Boy and Girl

Age categories for junior race are as follows:

1st Boy & Girl overall

1st runner overall then first 1st U6; 1st U8; 1st U10; 1st U12; 1st U14; and 1st U16 in each gender category.

Prizes in each race will be presented for each gender category

Only 1 prize per person will be awarded. The Overall 1st Boy and 1st Girl will therefore be discounted from the age category results and the prize in that category given to the second runner in the category.

Confirmation of entries to all races
Online entries will receive an automated confirmation. Please check this carefully to ensure details are correct.
There will be opportunities to collect your race number in the week prior to the race (details to follow). If you are unable to collect your number in advance it will be made available for collection from HQ at the Hadleigh United Football Club on race day. All competitors must wear their race number at the event.
