NESS Cross Country League

The North Essex and South Suffolk Cross Country league is made up of six clubs who run at different venues between October and February. Photos of races and further information can be found here.

FIXTURES AND VENUES

START TIMES AND ENTRY FEES

  • Juniors - start time 10:00 - FREE

  • Seniors - start time 10:45 - FREE

SCORING

  • First man or woman 1 point, second 2 points, third 3 points ........ through to the last finisher.

  • Pool A scoring teams - 8 men and 4 women.

  • Pool B scoring teams - 6 men and 3 women.

  • Overall team score is aggregate of men's and women's scores - example 4th and 1st = 5 points.

  • Incomplete teams incur penalty points - total number of men or women finishers plus 1 point for each missing runner.

  • No club colours, no points.
